Argus, by Brasília Segurança

Argus is a sofware developed for Brasília Segurança, a company responsible for the physical security of one of the largest water companies in the Federal District (CAESB) and they came to us with the goal to modernize the Argus software.

Initially developed without a focus on information hierarchy and user experience, the tool required a redesign to increase the operational efficiency of its agents. Our work began with detailed field research to map the workflow and main pain points of our users. With this data, we restructured the entire architecture and interface design, delivering an intuitive system that simplifies decision-making and values each agent's time.
